An accelerated COVID-19 vaccination programme (Age 20-30) is being carried out throughout the country.

Considering the prevailing situation in the country, if you haven't been vaccinated yet, the Covid -19 Response Committee of the University of Kelaniya strongly recommends that you get vaccinated at the nearest government vaccination center in your area/ District/ Province, irrespective of the type of vaccine. All vaccines are effective and are recommended by the World Health Organization. Vaccines prevent severe disease, death and transmission of the disease.
