A song appreciation programme named “Gītābhivandanā” was virtually held on the 28^th of April 2021 at the Boardroom of the Faculty of Humanities, University of Kelaniya.

It was organized by Saṁprāśā parṣad of Department of Sanskrit & Eastern Studies, University of Kelaniya.

Appreciation of music was done by Prof. Ven. Induragare Dhammarathana Thero. This event was graced by Senior Lecturer Sudath Senarath, Dean- Faculty of Humanities, Prof. K.B. Jayawardhana, Head- Department of Sanskrit & Eastern Studies and other Academic Staff Members. Many individuals who love music appreciation joined via Zoom technology.
