The launch of Amarabhinandana Felicitation Volume and the farewell ceremony for Senior Prof. A.A.D. Amarasekara of the Department of Archaeology, University of Kelaniya was held on the 04th of July 2019 at the auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
The second session of the special lecture series: ‘General Research Talk (GRTalk)’ organized by the Research Centre for Social Sciences in collaboration with the SRMG Research Association of the Department of Sport Science and Physical Education was held on the 27th of June 2019 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
The Research Centre for Social Sciences in collaboration with the SRMG Undergraduate Research Association of Department of Sport Science and Physical Education, has organized a special lecture series called ‘General Research Talk’ (GRTalk) in order to inspire the final year undergraduates and those who have an interest on Social Science research with the aim of researching for better education and social life.
The launching ceremony of 'Pusthakala Vidya' journal and the new website of the Department of Library and Information Science was held on the 21st of June 2019 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
