 මෙම ප්‍රතිඵල සටහන් වල නම් කපා ඉවත් කර ඇති උපාධි අපේක්ෂකයින්  ,අනුප්ස්ථිතියෙහි, පැවති උපාධි ප්‍රදානය කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් අයදුම්කළ උපාධිලාභීන් බැවින් එම උපාධිලාභීන් හට නැවත මේ ස‍ඳහා අයදුම් කළ නොහැකි බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න

Application

You are kindly informed to send the duly completed application form by registered post to reach ''Senior Assistant Registrar /Examinations, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Kelaniya'' on or before 20/11/2021 along with the Payment receipt certified by the Peoples Bank after making the following payment.

Payments for the Award of Degree: - Rs. 3,500.00

Please write your name and address clearly on two envelopes (9''x4'' size) with stamps to the value of Rs. 45.00, and forward your application form along with a passport size photograph in the blue background for clergy – a suitable dress,(dress for male Graduands: black blazer with tie and females: black blazer with suitable dress). The other relevant information pertaining to the graduation ceremony will be sent to you in due course.

Application forms received after 22/11/2021 will be rejected. Please indicate '' Conferment of Degrees – 2021' on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.

Note: Graduands should mention the student number and the e-mail address in the application form.

Instructions:

01. Please attach the bank's original paying slip hereto, once the fee is paid to the account number 055-1001-3066-7553 of the Peoples Bank. (Payment can be made from any branch of the Peoples Bank).

02. The Graduand should fill this application in his/her own handwriting. No other person/s is allowed to fill this form on behalf of the graduand.

03. Applications received after the closing date and/or without the original slip of the proof of payment will be rejected.

04. No amendments/alternations are allowed after the certificate is prepared.

05. The Graduand should present to obtain the Degree Certificate.

Please be informed that the University is not able to conduct a physical convocation due to the current covid 19 situation in the country. However, the University will organize an event enabling the graduands to obtain photographs later when the country's situation permits upon receiving approval from the relevant authorities. It is further advised that the University has given this opportunity to obtain the degree certificate in this manner in order to minimize the obstacles (when applying for migration, scholarships, and admission for foreign universities, etc.) faced by graduands with the delays of issuing the degree certificate.
