The Staff Development Centre Conducted a workshop on Sustainable Development Goals in Higher Education for Deans of faculties, Heads of Departments / Unit, and Directors of Centers was held on 27^th January 2022 at the Senate Board Room.

The main objectives of this workshop were to educate participants about Sustainable Development Goals and the role of Higher Education in achieving these goals and to encourage them to develop strategies to incorporate these goals into teaching-learning, research, and governance.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Chief Guest  Ms. Chamindry Saparamadu, Director General of the Sustainable Development Council.

Cadre Chair & Senior Prof. Nilanthi de Silva, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya,  Deans of the Faculties, Heads of Departments, and Directors of Centers graced the Occasion.
