Prof. Ilona Świątek-Barylska from Lodz University, Poland on Erasmus+ Staff Mobility called upon the Vice Chancellor Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva on 26^th July 2022 at the Office of the Vice Chancellor.

Dr. P. N. D. Fernando, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Mr. Dhammika Peiris, Head of the Department of Human Resources Management, Senior Professor Neelakshi C. Premawardhena, Director of the Centre for International Affairs, and Dr. Udaya Mohan Devdas, Erasmus Alumni of the University of Lodz participated at the meeting.

Prof. Świątek-Barylska completed her staff mobility at the Department of Human Resources Management from 20^th to 25^th July 2022. During the visit, she conducted lectures for master’s and doctoral students and held discussions with the Head of Department and academic staff of the Department of Human Resources Management on avenues of future collaboration.
