The University of Kelaniya is delighted to announce a generous donation of 13 laptops from Haycarb PLC, a company renowned for its commitment to supporting education and empowering students. The laptops were officially distributed during a ceremony held on the 23^rd of August 2024, at the Haycarb PLC premises, Colombo 10.

This significant contribution will greatly benefit students facing financial challenges, ensuring they have access to essential technology for their studies.

The university extends its heartfelt appreciation to Haycarb PLC for their ongoing support and dedication to enhancing the educational experience of its student body.

Students who received the laptops had the pleasure of meeting the Vice Chancellor on the 1^st of October 2024,  at her office, where they expressed their gratitude for her nomination and support.
