Appointment of New Members for the Arts Council:The new members for the Arts Council of the University of Kelaniya were appointed on the 08^th of February 2019 at the Senate Room of the university. ‘Kalana’ - Shasthriya Kala Sangrahaya was also launched in relation to the event.

The event was held under the patronage of the Vice- Chancellor, Prof. D. M. Semasinghe. Present at the occasion were Senior Prof. Lakshman Senevirathna, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Senior Prof. Ariyarathne Athugala, Chairman- Arts Council and members of the Arts Council.
