The seventh annual Faculty of Medicine Excellence Awards ceremony was held on the 11th of December 2024 at the Main Auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine. Pioneered by the Faculty of Medicine, this annual ceremony celebrates and rewards highly motivated students who demonstrate exceptional abilities in academics and extracurricular activities.
On the invitation of Professor Madawa Chandratilake, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, His Excellency Mr. Andrew Patrick, the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, visited the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, on the 29th of November 2024.
The 4th Annual Meeting of the Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia Patient Support Society, organized by the Haematology Laboratory of the Pathology Department, Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, was held on the 16th of October 2024 at the Main Auditorium, Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya.
