Senior Prof. N. A. K. P. J. Seneviratne Appointed as the Chairman of UGC, Sri Lanka
Prof. N. A. K. P. J. Seneviratne, Senior Professor of the Department of Chemistry, University of Kelaniya, has been appointed as the Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka. He assumed duties as the Chairman on the 18th of October 2024, at the UGC premises.
The World University Rankings 2025 have been announced with 2092 universities worldwide entering the rankings.
The opening of the BOC CRM Machine, organized by the Bank of Ceylon, was held on 01st of October 2024, at the University of Kelaniya premises.
