The certificate awards ceremony of sustainability leadership training programme offered by the Centre for Sustainability Solutions of the University of Kelaniya was held on the 04th of July 2019 at the Senate Room. It was held with the objective of distributing certificates for students who have successfully completed the certificate course on Sustainability Leadership.

Waste Bins Distribution Program
A programme for the distribution of waste bins for all the departments in the university organized by the Center for Sustainability Solutions of the University of Kelaniya was held on the 02nd of July 2019 at the Senate Room. It was organized with the objective of facilitating paper waste collection for recycling.
The journals of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies was launched on the 02nd of July 2019 at K14 001 hall.
