Seven Scientists of the University of Kelaniya Recognized in Stanford–Elsevier Global Ranking of Top-Cited Researchers
Seven distinguished scientists from the University of Kelaniya have been recognized in the August 2025 data-update for "Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators (Version 8),” released on 19th September 2025 by Stanford University and Elsevier. This update places them among 63 Sri Lankan scientists included in the prestigious list of the world’s most-cited researchers.
The 152nd General Convocation of the University of Kelaniya was held ceremoniously on the 18th of September 2025 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Computing and Technology, University of Kelaniya.
