The 141st General Convocation of the University of Kelaniya was held ceremoniously on the 19th of February 2024 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo.

The workshop on “Mastering the Art of Journal Editing for Editorial Excellence”, organized by the Library, in collaboration with the Staff Development Centre (SDC) was held at the SDC Auditorium on 14th of February 2024. The target group of the workshop was chief editors and editorial board members of journals published by the university.
Another session of presenting Senate Awards and Cash Prizes to appreciate the researchers at the University of Kelaniya was held on the 24th of January 2024 at the Senate Room of the university.
